  • Proximity to anchored tenants (i.e movie theaters, retail big boxes, school campuses, medical complexes or other viable traffic generators)
  • Family friendly neighborhood
  • Strong balance of residential and daytime population.

RECOMMENDED REAL ESTATE ATTRIBUTES

  • Approximately 1 acre for free standing building between 2500 and 3500 sq. ft.
  • Outdoor seating a bonus.
  • 50 or more parking stalls.
  • End-caps and retrofits are considered
